Pros: Good company, best practices followed, promotes work on the latest tech. It promotes skill development and trainings.
Cons: Senior, experienced, not open for ideas. They work like govt employees.
Do not plan things properly.
Lack of clarity in product development. R&D projects require planning and clarity, but instead of focusing on it, they spent time developing generic app features like RBAC and access control.
