There are multiple steps I went through with Boeing India.

1. After the scheduled interview, I had a technical interview with a panel, and it was a very good discussion.
2. HR updated me that I was selected.
3. The second round of technical also selected.
4. I was invited for a manager round on Thursday, but due to one of the managers not being available, HR asked to reschedule.
5. HR called me and asked me to prepare STAR-based questions for the manager round.
6. Then, it was rescheduled for the next week on Monday.
7. I joined the call, and two managers joined. It seemed like the managers read the questions from a book and asked STAR-based questions.
8. I answered all of them with situations and examples of what had happened.
9. Slowly, the managers moved the questions to useless technical questions and irrelevant questions.
10. I answered all, and it was good.

Really, the Boeing manager round of interview, they followed the worst process.

Simply, I felt like I wasted my time because after a good interview, there was no selection.

1. What was the most complex problem you had to work on? What was the result?

2. How do you deal with team conflicts?

3. Describe a time you had to communicate with a diverse group of people, and how it went.

4. Static class, Abstract class, Interface, etc.
