Initially, I was contacted by a generic email to fill out an additional, more detailed resume online. This indicates you've made it past the computer algorithm and into the hands of an HR generalist.
I was later contacted to schedule a phone interview.
There were four individuals listening to my interview; I'm unsure who they were.
The phone interview questions were standard behavioral questions with an engineering twist. I was able to find a good amount of related questions on Glassdoor.com and write up responses that could be modified for similar questions. I printed all of these out and had them at the ready in case I needed more detail in my responses. There were about four questions total, with personal response time at the end.
Only one phone interview was conducted, and I was given an offer six months before graduation.
None were unexpected with a little research and preparation.
