Pros: Good pay and benefits.
Lots of different areas to work in and jobs to do.
Cons: Process, process, and more process. Outsourcing of engineering work has really gotten out of hand.
Boeing engineers end up doing more project management work than engineering work due to the outsourcing (a positive if you like project management).
Like I stated above, there are lots of different jobs to do, but it's hard to get out of the one you're in if you don't like it.
