It’s important to always remember to answer questions using the STAR method: Situation, Action, and Result. The questions were all basic behavioral types. Honestly, I was very nervous, but don’t be; they are very nice people. The interview lasted about 45 minutes. Sadly, my interview was in October 2017 at our school career fair. They didn’t get back to me until April 2018. They sent a follow-up question, and then after that, I never got another email.
