Pros: Benefits are great. They are probably the best you can find in a company. There is a great environment for advancing yourself and opportunities. It is an innovative company to work for, with cutting-edge tech. Pay advancement is aggressive for the first five years as an hourly/union employee (50 cents every six months). Then pay is maxed out at six years, unless you upgrade in job grade and/or new increases with contract negotiations. Depending on the right time and right area you are working in, you can get as much overtime as you want.

Cons: Bureaucracy. It's bad on all levels. Might get laid off. Use of lots of chemicals. Caution to those with allergies. Many hazards; be careful. It's a decent place to work, just be careful and pay no attention to the games the workers play and the bureaucracy. Mandatory overtime.

Pros: New CEO cares and is active. Benefits are industry-leading. Work can be rewarding if you are on the right program with the right leadership. Opportunities exist for people who care. Diverse workforce (relative to aerospace average).

Cons: Bureaucratic and slow. Pay can stagnate if you don't have a good manager. Some colleagues are very stuck in their ways and resistant to even simple change.

Pros: Flexible work schedule in certain roles.

Cons: Compensation per hour is high when compared to other companies, but at 40 hours per week, it is not.
