If you just want to show up and get paid, you’ve come to the right place. You are not required to think here; actually, we prefer that. Here at Boeing, we don’t care about work quality as long as it gets done. In a few years... you know what, longer is better. We’re just collecting a paycheck too. This place is the prime example of people just collecting a paycheck. Majority C players, and the company runs like it. You can literally show up and do nothing all day, and no one will care. Especially not your manager, because you probably haven’t found them yet.

Pros: Overall, a pretty good job. I can do what I want and am interested in. Management is supportive.

Cons: The salary could be higher so that younger employees don't leave.
