Boeing Interview Experiences
Aerospace Technician
Very slow process. It took two months to schedule the interview, and they didn’t show up during the interview. I emailed the recruiter, and they said they’d let me know what happened. I’m still waiting.
Chief Engineer
Straightforward. They are changing the interview policy, so it was more freeform than strict behavioral questions, but those still provided a basis on which the interview was conducted. There were more follow-ups and probing than in the past.
Mechanical Engineer
The interview wasn’t too hard. They asked some behavioral questions, and then the latter part became a technical interview. Study up on your fundamentals, and you should be good to go.
