Pros

I enjoyed most of my coworkers, and learning about how advanced these airplanes are is fascinating to me.

Cons

Dumb policies that promote lazy, incompetent people into leadership positions based off diversity and inclusion. I had worked there for over ten years and once I got to my desired location within the company, I began to meet new hire employees that have never seen an airplane up close and have never worked on one. I have met new hire coworkers who can hardly speak any English, and they have been given a role that I worked very hard to get into. And then to be pushed to work faster to meet deadlines while neglecting defects is a huge flaw with their management team. The company and its priorities are very much skewed, and they need to cut management in half because there are way too many managers to deal with on a daily basis.

Advice to Management

Stop hiring incompetent, unskilled people for roles that require knowledge of the industry and credentials to match.
