The only reason is the money.
I'm only going to give one: I don't care where you work. If they don't treat you like a human being, the money is soon not worth it.
Learn how to manage not saying "all" where bad, but some needed a course in human behavior so they will know when what they are doing is not working.
You can get more done with honey than vinegar.
