It is a great working environment between mechanics. Good diversity. Pro-veteran.
Unethical leaders and poor benefits due to financial constraints on the company. Schedule and position changes are based on who the manager likes best, not on experience, seniority, and qualifications. Managers won't explain what is going on, nor why employees are being sent to do jobs they didn't sign up for. Layoffs are happening, and nobody is talking about it. The workforce is being asked to work out of state without expense reimbursement, or they can't guarantee you will have a job until next year. Management keeps changing their minds. The lack of communication is well noted; employees work in constant stress, not knowing if they will have a job the next day. There is no advancement if you are not a really good friend of a higher manager. They keep their favorites even if quality is compromised.
Quality over personal preference will make the company better. Talent is leaving the company because of the lack of communication and stress.
3-manager panel with 5 standard canned questions. Situation, task, action, result answers are expected. Time after for my questions. Expect mostly behavioral questions and an overview of your resume. Customize your resume to the posting. Research
This was for an entry-level role. STAR format, 5 questions. I was asked about experience and difficult/pressure situations. Besides the 5 STAR questions, a couple of yes/no questions were asked, e.g., "Have you ever used tool X?"
One phone screen and then one video interview technical round and then a call with the hiring manager. The phone screen was standard behavioral questions, and the technicals were easy LeetCode questions.
