Excellent benefits and wellness programs.
The actual workforce can have a lot of "clicks," so it takes a while of "proving" your skillset before you are allowed to move into the more desirable job tasks/functions.
There seems to be a disconnect between senior management and the first-line supervisors. First-line supervisors have no power to make effective changes that enable the work to flow smoothly.
