Bosses try to get union members into problems. Some employees try to get other people into trouble.
Go to work and go home. No one is your friend.
Bosses are not your friend, and HR is even worse. Stay away.
Stay away from management. Work and go home. Stay focused on your job. Do not stay in one area for long. After six years, move out. If possible, move around. Stay away from 767 structural.
