Telephonic, followed by a star interview, then finally, a managers' discussion. Do not doubt your answers if you are sure on the telephonic call. The caller is not always experienced. You understand what I mean.

Three people interviewed me, with six "star" questions. This was a structured interview, meaning they took notes of what I was saying. They sometimes asked follow-up questions. The interview began with easy behavioral questions and then moved to tech
