Mechanical Design Engineer
The interview process is situation-based. Answers should be in a SMART way, being specific, measurable, time-based, and reasonable. All answers will be noted down, and the best candidate will be selected.
Associate Software Engineer
There were two rounds. The first round had MCQs with many questions on C++. The final round, which lasted for 45 minutes, involved questions on the projects I had mentioned in my resume.

Technical questions were focused more on solid mechanics, structures, and basic aircraft parts. Knowing CATIA software is an added advantage. Thoroughly know your projects because they like to dive deeper and ask questions related to the same.
