- Compensation is not up to the industry standard.
- Meetings can go on till late evening.
- Systemic slowdown. Simple accesses take a lot of time. Many restrictions make some work tricky.
- Very little training material for new joiners in various project groups.
- Software development work culture is lacking. Few to non-existent documentation on various project groups.
- Give industry-standard salary. Honestly, it can be improved a lot. Also, employee benefits can be enhanced. Thus, attrition can be lowered to some extent.
- Make the process of getting access fast. The system has to move quickly for developers to work fast.
