Entry-level Engineer
Applied and heard back within a week to schedule an interview. Did a 45-minute behavioral interview. Was offered a position a couple weeks later. All the Boeing employees were beyond supportive and nice.
Software Engineer
Star-based question and answer format. The first round was a phone call. The second round was a 1-1 session. The third round was between a panel of people. Everyone was very nice.
Structural Analysis Engineer
Many behavioral questions. I prepared by making sure I had experiences that I could apply the STAR method to. Overall, my interviewers were really great, and it felt more like a conversation than an interview.
