Pros

To be responsible for the tracking and auditing of all data in and out of the business.

To maintain in-house and third-party datasets, systems, and services.

To assist in the processing of client and prospect data through our in-house data-cleaning suite.

Design and develop our existing Data Processing product for use by all clients, locally and internationally.

To aid the Operations Director in ensuring that the products and services provided by the Group comply with both external and internal requirements.

Cons

Cons:

  • Constant personnel shortages, mismanagement, no job security.

Boeing offers educational assistance and reimbursement, but C2 employees are in a separate category wherein this assistance is less and difficult to access.

Technicians are treated as interchangeable tools, and time given to the company is not rewarded.

Advancement opportunities are scarce, and management will assign duties beyond one's work scope without compensating the employee.

Pay can also be an issue, as bonuses or per diem can be changed yearly.
