The interview process was straightforward. Situation, Task, Action, Result (STAR) is a method used to describe a challenging situation relevant to any work or college experience.
Structural Analysis Engineer
Standard questions, very structured, fairly easy interview. I was surprised I wasn't brought on-site for an interview.
Quality Engineer
The interview was a standard structured interview with 5 questions. This was standard for all Boeing interviews. The interviewers were great. They were easy to talk to and seemed equally interested. Very engaging.
