Great benefits, decent pay, union job.
Long hours, and you are treated like dogshit. You are treated like you are a perfect robot with 100% quality, and that you are not to ever miss a set deadline. If I could, I would give a zero-star rating.
Treat your employees with the respect you demand of them—the same respect that you would want others to treat you with. Offer some stock options or other incentives for overcoming challenges and continuing to meet such strict deadlines.
Do not look to point the finger and assign blame when someone makes a mistake. That is, if you are all "one" Boeing. Just remember, when you point the finger at someone, there are always three fingers pointing back at yourself with your thumb in a neutral position.
This was for an entry-level role. STAR format, 5 questions. I was asked about experience and difficult/pressure situations. Besides the 5 STAR questions, a couple of yes/no questions were asked, e.g., "Have you ever used tool X?"
The interview process is quick and easy. It is mainly behavioral and about how well you fit in the team. The maximum time is an hour, and the average time for the interview is 30 minutes.
No technical questions asked. They are super focused and live and die on the STAR questions. No test required. Not even sure if they’re allowed to ask anything outside of the STAR questions.
