Software Engineer
Received an email from HR and scheduled me an interview with four managers. The interview was through Online Cisco Webex with just the audio and no cameras. It lasted about an hour with mostly STAR-style questions.
Software Intern
All the questions were STAR-based (google it). They were more focused on people skills and past experiences, rather than technical. It may have been less technical due to the fact that this was an intern position.
Production Engineer
Had a virtual interview with them in college (5 years ago). It took a year before they closed the position and informed me I did not get it. It was a panel interview over the phone.
