Healthcare is the only good thing.
By giving a 401k match instead of a pension or stock offering, no one cares about the company's performance. There is no reason to stick at this company for more than 2 years anymore, as pay raises are non-existent. You will increase your salary by up to 50% by just finding a different company.
Management does not listen to employees when they bring up concerns. They completely disregarded employee input on return to the office and are forcing everyone back, even though they can still do their jobs from home. They even hired employees promising work from home, and then pulled the rug.
Also, management will expect you to perform above your paygrade without providing any type of training. They preach that they will pair you with an experienced engineer, but they are too cheap to hire one, so you'll be expected to perform as an experienced engineer.
Also, why is the CEO getting paid 200 times the average employee when they are posting losses?

This was for an entry-level role. STAR format, 5 questions. I was asked about experience and difficult/pressure situations. Besides the 5 STAR questions, a couple of yes/no questions were asked, e.g., "Have you ever used tool X?"
