There is huge micromanagement on the part of the top management of Boeing Poland. All salary increases, bonuses, and promotions go through one person, a manager who is based in the USA.

HRs in Europe are completely under the control of this manager and fulfill all her whims. As a result, everything is delayed for many months, and local managers spend a huge amount of time on approvals instead of developing the business.

In general, the company is too bureaucratized.

Advice to Management

Completely change the existing top management in Poland, including this manager from the USA in the first place.
