Good experience, but hard to find your way. You must take initiative
Good experience working on a variety of jobs with a variety of experts. The best products in the world are produced at Boeing, and employees are proud of this.
Benefits, especially vacation, appear to be less than at other companies. Salaries, in some sectors, seem to be a bit lower than at other places but not bad.
Keep listening to employees. This is important and appreciated.

This was for an entry-level role. STAR format, 5 questions. I was asked about experience and difficult/pressure situations. Besides the 5 STAR questions, a couple of yes/no questions were asked, e.g., "Have you ever used tool X?"
