Pay and benefits are above the market. Vacation and sick leave combine to equal 4 weeks to start, with more than other companies.
If you want to be lazy and get a big paycheck, come on board to join the greedy gang. Not much growth. People who do more will get bad performance. People who do less and know how to hide under the desk could stay with Boeing their whole careers.
Some managers are nasty. They should be eliminated. I never see so many of them with no skills.

This was for an entry-level role. STAR format, 5 questions. I was asked about experience and difficult/pressure situations. Besides the 5 STAR questions, a couple of yes/no questions were asked, e.g., "Have you ever used tool X?"
