There is a wide variety of work for every skill level and every interest.
A very professional atmosphere.
Not much to criticize about my job, but sometimes I think the high-level company business model is not very good for the long term.
Too much fragmentation of workgroups, not enough co-location.
Bring the work back.

This was for an entry-level role. STAR format, 5 questions. I was asked about experience and difficult/pressure situations. Besides the 5 STAR questions, a couple of yes/no questions were asked, e.g., "Have you ever used tool X?"
