Low pay. Benefits are available, but management will pressure you not to take them and work instead. It is easy to be pushed into a "niche."
Listen to your employees. The large age gap is ripe for a brain drain at the company. Plus, jobs are leaving way too quickly out of the PNW.
This was for an entry-level role. STAR format, 5 questions. I was asked about experience and difficult/pressure situations. Besides the 5 STAR questions, a couple of yes/no questions were asked, e.g., "Have you ever used tool X?"
