Good work-life balance.
Management and HR. The skills teams have got to go, as they serve no purpose other than to hold people back from reaching their full potential. Skills teams are not evolving with the rapid pace of technology and how that impacts the actual skills and tools required to do our jobs.
Promote diversity in both awareness and within your hiring/promotion processes. This was for an entry-level role. STAR format, 5 questions. I was asked about experience and difficult/pressure situations. Besides the 5 STAR questions, a couple of yes/no questions were asked, e.g., "Have you ever used tool X?"
