I worked in the service engineering department. Everyone is very friendly here. The working environment is dynamic, with a lot of interactions between my department and other departments.
The work in the service department is not very challenging. The routine tasks are similar, and it quite depends on your work experience and years.
My manager is very good. Although I seldom have the opportunity to really chat with the 4th level manager or up.
This was for an entry-level role. STAR format, 5 questions. I was asked about experience and difficult/pressure situations. Besides the 5 STAR questions, a couple of yes/no questions were asked, e.g., "Have you ever used tool X?"
It was challenging, but I felt confident with the experience and education that had prepared me for it. I did not get the offer, but it was good practice for the next interview.
