Low wages. Low raises. Quick to cut bonuses and benefits. Chronic understaffing. A lot of false talk about "safety" and "quality." Any improvement to safety or quality that impacts budget or schedule is not of interest. Priority is stock price, always. No repercussions to genuine homophobic/racist behavior because they can't afford to lose the heads. Gutted the middle levels and is now losing the upper levels, leaving a massive knowledge gap looming.
The only way to stop your turnover is to bolster pay and benefits. I actively turn people away who ask me about this company because the culture is pathetic and the compensation is well below market at this point, especially given your reputation, which won't recover for a decade.
