The first 4 percent you put in, Boeing matches all of it. The second 4 percent you put in, Boeing matches half.
This is up to 8 percent. So, to get the most out of the matching, you must put in at least 8 percent.

In order to move up, you have to apply to another position within the company. By the time they want to promote you, you are already overqualified. You can't wait around for someone to promote you; take charge.
