Benefits for interns:
Possibly feel lost in a company so big. Possibly feel useless in a little job for such a big company. Sometimes there is poor PR going on about the company which may make you feel like you are not at a good company, even though you are.
The intern program is very strong. Keep up the good work!
Very easy phone screen, only one round. Recruiter asked basic behavioral questions, such as: "Why do you want to work at Boeing?" They also asked basic resume questions. Very few technical questions were asked. Overall difficulty: 1/5
The interview process was pretty short. I had three interviewers who all asked me questions related to their field. It was both behavioral and technical, but I applied to a general engineering role, so there wasn't much weight on technical questions.
HireVue process. Had about 7 questions asking. There were also some game questions that tested your cognitive skills. The 7 questions were more on the behavioral side, not the technical ones.
