Better pay than I expected
My job involves a fairly broad perspective of Boeing, so I enjoy the diversity and that there is something new every day. I think they're making strides to be more progressive and allow flexible work schedules, solid benefits, and an enjoyable place to work. The work is challenging and enjoyable, and my salary is competitive. You can move around a lot within the company to gain experience or find something you like.
Management structure can get political at times, and upper management loses touch with employees.
Workload can get excessive at times, with little done to provide support.
Things can move slowly at times, but this is to be expected with such a large company.

This was for an entry-level role. STAR format, 5 questions. I was asked about experience and difficult/pressure situations. Besides the 5 STAR questions, a couple of yes/no questions were asked, e.g., "Have you ever used tool X?"
