This is a smaller job site, and the culture sucks. It's a heavy nepotism environment.
In-line promotions are basically non-existent. You have to get a competing offer or switch groups to be promoted.
Managers are bean counters, not people-centered.
There is a 3-day RTO for no reason.
Very few programs at this site, limited opportunities for development.
Put your money where your mouth is. If you want a more diverse and inclusive environment, invest money in fostering it.
This was for an entry-level role. STAR format, 5 questions. I was asked about experience and difficult/pressure situations. Besides the 5 STAR questions, a couple of yes/no questions were asked, e.g., "Have you ever used tool X?"
