The pay is high. Coworkers and direct management are very nice and helpful. The work itself is interesting, with a pretty flexible work schedule as long as you work from home.
Convoluted as f*** corporate policies
Eh, not much you can do without major revamps.

Pretty easy, STAR method. A lot of it is based on how you respond to situational things. It isn’t very technical, which is bad from my viewpoint. They should ask more theoretical questions about engineering and math.
