Nice people that have a lot of hard work to get done. They don't have time for people to mess around. Overall, you need to be ready to work and be professional to get the job done right. Can't afford to mess up.

I handed in a resume during a university career fair. I got a call the next day to schedule an on-campus interview. I had an interview but am still waiting on a response. The recruiters are really nice.
