I met with several groups as part of an all-day interview. I met with group leaders and then members of the team in mostly 1:1 settings. There were extensive questions about past experience and how I approached problems. The interview day included

Phone interview with HR. Basic and pleasant. Panel interview with 2 managers was easy. Discussed prior work experience and how it applies to the role I was interviewing for. Overall, pretty pleasant and easy.

Research and know the company. Behavioral and experiential scenarios. Know the STAR model to frame your thoughts before you answer. Provide any metric results based on your experience completing your work or project tasks. Smile, be enthusiastic!
