The name still reminds people of the potential this company has, but it will be years before the firm is back to the prestige it once had. Its divisions might not exist as they do now.
Company executives fell asleep and allowed Woke DEI policies & politics to destroy a once prestigious company.
Get rid of the DEI nonsense and start hiring based upon technical expertise and talent, not because someone fits a government program model. A person who applied gets prioritized over a suitable qualified candidate because they fit the Boeing Diversity blueprint.
Yes, this is not just a Boeing issue. What the government does, when an email comes out supporting (choose a month) LGBT Pride Month, etc., Boeing sends a duplicate email mourning their garbage.
Obviously, the company is flushing money and trashing its values and employees for a woke agenda, and the firm is now reaping the benefits of that policy.
Do a better job and truly say something to those who are still around instead of word salad promoting do-nothing lingo (except for "layoffs are coming"... your manager is going to advise you soon if you're impacted). A total mess this firm has become.

Structured interview questions. Panel interview. Likely 5-10 questions. Introduce yourself. Explain your background and resume. Have questions for the panel. Average level of difficulty. Experience in the industry helps.
