For senior engineers, pay and benefits were excellent until 2018, when contract pension freezes began. The work is interesting, but the intensity is taxing.
They are trying to remake this place into a .com. Intensity-wise, half its products are old 737, 767, 747, and forget the fighter business.
You should be able to do better, given your slice of the military-industrial pie and the significant tax incentives that you enjoy.
