They ask you 5 questions for a phone interview only, before they hire you. These are only behavioral questions, nothing technical. A couple of people talk to you on the phone and just write down your answers to pass them on to the next step.

I took an online test for aptitude and experience after filling out the application online. A phone interview followed, which lasted an hour. After a week or so, I received an email saying I was no longer under consideration.

I think the interview process is professional and competitive, as many people wanted this position. I believe I got it because I did quite a good job and created a great relationship with the interviewer.
