None, it's not a terrible place, but they are not keeping up with the current market.

Cons

Non-competitive benefits. Low worker engagement and pressure in the wrong areas to perform.

Advice to Management

You will continue to struggle to find qualified talent if you fail to realize you are now competing with Amazon, Facebook, Google, and Blue Origin for salary and benefits.

Stop relocating jobs to more rural areas like SC or others and start competing for quality candidates.
