I applied online for an open requisition for a job with Boeing as an Engineer. Boeing has a structured interview process. The resume is sent to HR for screening, then potential candidates are sent to the hiring manager.

I met with several groups as part of an all-day interview. I met with group leaders and then members of the team in mostly 1:1 settings. There were extensive questions about past experience and how I approached problems. The interview day included

Easy. I'm Russian and was transferred. A close relationship between my manager referred me to the states. Very easy process as they need to have tax purposes for hiring global employees.
