It is a large company, so corporate bureaucracy can be an obstacle to your job performance.
Aging workforce with a lot of resistance to change.
Bring in new blood. Allow and help employees to cross-train and move around. Make sure they have work-life balance.

Easy. Very normal interview. It did not get too technical and asked a lot of situational questions. I did not get to technical during the interview. There is also a hiring freeze, which I was notified of during the process.
