Since Boeing is such a large company, they can afford to do a lot of things for their interns/employees that smaller companies cannot. For example, as an intern, I got to travel for testing in AZ.
On the flip side, because Boeing is so large, processes tend to take an exorbitant amount of time, which can be frustrating.
The interview process was simple. Two engineers interviewed me. There were a few behavioral questions and questions about my goals and passion. Just be sure to practice these from YouTube.
Interviewed at a Society of Women Engineers convention. It was a great interview, but a very competitive process. Felt like I learned a lot about the company culture and was excited about the work opportunities.
A few non-technical questions. No technical ones. Not that bad. Also, resume walkthrough. Nice people and non-stressful environment. Just answer the questions and you'll be fine. Don't think about it too hard.
