I had an EAHI Panel Interview for the program. It was 1 hour, with 3 different engineers with various backgrounds. They asked STAR questions. I got my decision in 24 hours, and I got to go through a matching process.

It was a Hirevue interview with 5 behavioral questions. These questions were requested to be answered in the STAR format regarding projects and past experiences that you had, followed by three online games.
