At Boeing, there is a strong sense of community, of working together to complete monumental projects. I strongly got the sense that the management, of which there is a lot, cares about the employees.
Working on projects with such large scale and in so large a company requires patience. Things do not change quickly, which can lead to frustration at times.
No strong critiques. In my experience, the management was organized, friendly, and helpful. I hope that they continue to make the satisfaction of their workers one of their primary priorities.
Interviewed at a Society of Women Engineers convention. It was a great interview, but a very competitive process. Felt like I learned a lot about the company culture and was excited about the work opportunities.
A few non-technical questions. No technical ones. Not that bad. Also, resume walkthrough. Nice people and non-stressful environment. Just answer the questions and you'll be fine. Don't think about it too hard.
Had a 15-minute HR screening call about eligibility for the job. After that, had one interview with a panel of about 4-5 engineers. They asked very typical interview questions, and they were all behavioral.
