Management gets no overtime pay, but still requires 9-10 hours per day to do the job. The bonus compensation is supposed to compensate, but it is not a guarantee and can get you an additional 10% at year's end. Good benefits. Big company.
Don't cost-cut engineering and relocate engineering functions away from the factory. Timely engineering responses to production issues and improved system designs will suffer.
