Moderate Pace, Bureaucratic Nuisance
As an engineer, not excessive overtime, paid overtime, a great relocation package, onsite cafeterias, slightly flexible hours, good benefits, and it's easy to move around internally.
Work pace is moderate to moderately fast. Life definitely isn't a race every day at work, but it's not slow either.
Everything has a process, rules, regulations, etc., and can be a nuisance. Usually a long walk from the car to the front doors.
