Generally good life-work balance. Good benefits, some dependent on the team you are in. Friendly and supportive coworkers.
Poorly trained managers and HR are ruining what could be a great company.
Lots of stuffy bureaucracy that prevents you from doing any useful work.
Dishonest job statements: being hired in one position and then being assigned completely unrelated work.
Encouraged to work mainly on your social skills, not a good place to develop technical skills or retain the ones you already possess.
Participate in emotional intelligence workshops. Develop your communication skills. If you really want to make a difference, learn to listen to the people you are leading and be part of the change. Nepotism seems to still be a thing at Boeing, so I'd try to root it out before it drives away all the skilled workers.
Composed of two interview and assessment stages. First, a panel with standard interview questions. The final stage was a group session with the manager of the teams you applied to.
Long and drawn-out process; recruiters were highly unresponsive. After several attempts to contact them regarding results, I gave up and never received a result. The final interview was rather technical.
This was for an entry-level role. STAR format, 5 questions. I was asked about experience and difficult/pressure situations. Besides the 5 STAR questions, a couple of yes/no questions were asked, e.g., "Have you ever used tool X?"
