New CEO cares and is active. Benefits are industry-leading. Work can be rewarding if you are on the right program with the right leadership. Opportunities exist for people who care. Diverse workforce (relative to aerospace average).

Cons

Bureaucratic and slow.

Pay can stagnate if you don't have a good manager.

Some colleagues are very stuck in their ways and resistant to even simple change.

Advice to Management

Remove managers with poor performance. Don't be afraid to fire toxic employees. Don't be afraid to reward high performers with salary increases.
